Alusafe Tray Wash

Alusafe Tray Wash is a strong, low foaming detergent suitable for use in automatic dishwashing machines and for removing grease, fat, and burnt on food from metal, crockery and plastic equipment.

Directions for use:

For use in automatic machines: Dispense into an automatic machine through an electronic dispenser at a ratio of 2-5ml per litre, at 55-700°C, or in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions. For tray/crate washing in the Food and Beverage Industry use 0.5-3.0% (5-30ml per litre) at 55-700°C.

For manual washing: Dilute up to 1:400 parts hot water depending on soiling and water hardness (25ml per 10L / or use a pelican pump 1 x per 10L). Immerse trays and utensils in solution until soiling is loosened. Remove soil by light brushing or scrubbing. Rinse with clean water.
