Solar Play - Nanna Paavig

A large tangerine circle sits at the centre of a pink checkerboard, flanked by two smaller amber circles directly above and below it and by two yellow half-circles pushing in from the left and right edges. The grid alternates between two shades of pink, one dusty and one candy bright, and the whole arrangement rests on a soft butter-yellow ground. Every circle is quartered, each quarter a slightly different warmth, so the shapes seem to glow rather than sit flat.

Created by Danish illustrator Nanna Paavig, who works in flat, saturated colour and simple geometric shapes. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
