THE WAR IS runs above and A WHORE below in heavy black capitals on a vivid red ground. Between them, inside a thin white border, a black square holds a woman in profile facing left: pale blue skin, a white eye, parted red lips and long dark hair streaked with red and pale yellow. The outlines are hard and clean, like a vintage comic panel or propaganda poster.
