Where moonlight sleeps - Alan Minshull

A full moon hangs over a tropical bay and lights a turquoise wave as it breaks along a shore of pale pink sand. Palm trees lean in from the left, mist drifts across jungle-covered cliffs behind the water, and two small birds cross a violet sky full of stars. In the foreground a green sea turtle has hauled itself out of the shallows and moves up the wet sand, its shell catching the cold blue of the moonlight.

Painted in acrylics by Alan Minshull, who has spent more than thirty years working with marine wildlife and ocean scenes under the name Ocean of Sunlight. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
